Work Procedure

Our work starts when you call Super Stamp Concrete, Inc. We will give you an appointment on the day and time of your convenience with one of our expert salespersons. The salesperson will be more than happy to sit down with you and explain the whole process of this work. He will answer any questions you may have and help you decide the best design for your home.

At the time you sign a contract, a 20% deposit of the total price is given to start the permitting procedure. An approximate starting date will be assigned on the contract. When the starting day gets closer a company representative will call you and let you know exactly which day the workers will be starting the job at your property. On the day scheduled our company will send heavy equipment and workers ready to begin the demolition, digging, forming and compacting of the area where concrete will be poured, according to the specifications on the contract. Normally, in regular jobs, this whole process is made in one day. This is the time we request inspection. Our company will be responsible for calling and requesting inspections in all cities in Miami-Dade County.

After inspection has been approved by the inspector, it is time to pour and stamp the concrete. At this time, the concrete will be poured, colored and stamped, according to the specifications on the contract. In regular jobs this is usually done in one day. When concrete is in the stamped stage, the color you see will not be the true color of the finished product. The true color will be achieved after sealing.
